Onderzoek naar: inspiratie voor het ontketenen van intern ondernemerschap in de zorgsector.

Ondernemerschap is in iedere zorgorganisatie aanwezig. De kunst is om het boven het maaiveld uit te krijgen en te laten groeien: "Geef ruimte om te ondernemen." De medewerkers komen pas in beweging als zij meer ruimte krijgen voor ondernemerschap en in hun kracht komen. De zorgsector en de patiënten/cliënten zitten er op te wachten. Op boeiende wijze wordt antwoord op de vraag gegeven: "Hoe creëren zorgbestuurders, directeuren en managers ruimte voor intern ondernemerschap en hoe blijven ze daarbij in-control?"
